Performing arts for Schools

Presenters and performing arts venues have certain specifications and particularities in terms of managing shows for schools across Canada. We have developed customized digital solutions for them, eliminating all of their paperwork and manual processes. The solution covers all the aspects related to school bookings, including but not limited to reservations, payments, reminders, seat allocations, floor management and reporting. The goal is to personalize and digitize shows in order to avoid inconveniences and discrepancies that may occur manually.

Scheduler

We understand the specifications of our clients and have the potential to digitally revolutionize processes and programs for them. Event scheduling has been one such process which is an integral part of venue management. No ticketing software had been designed so far which ensured centralized scheduling of events. Venue managers had to keep manual records of bookings and go through the hassle of scrutinizing records every time there was a new booking in order to avoid any potential conflicts. Our business solutions’ management experts worked with a group of clients to understand their needs and then designed a system which made the entire process very smooth. No more paperwork, no more manual lookups or manual reminders. Everything was developed into a central system which was integrated with TixHub. Later, a mobile app was also developed for both Android and iOS platforms.

Digital Data Management

Xentrax is a leading provider of Contact Centre and Work force optimization solutions in the north American market. We partnered with them to create reporting dashboards on existing databases for SEARS Canada. The dashboards were a huge success and were later rolled out for other Xentrax clients as well. We have also worked on the digitalization of patron, event, pricing and sales data from legacy systems into a centralized database for multiple clients when they transitioned to TixHub. The data was made accessible to them from everywhere, in a user friendly and intuitive manner. Not only was the transition catalyzed by TixHub but it was run in an orderly fashion to the point of client satisfaction.

Loyalty Programs & Marketing

City of Oakville used a Big Ticket Membership program for their performing arts centre. After switching to TixHub, they kept on using their Big Ticket program manually which was a very slow, tedious and error prone process. Our experts met with them and transformed their Big Ticket Membership program into a complete digital solution which now works automatically without any manual intervention. The same system was later on employed by other venues as well. We have successfully delivered subscription management solutions for many TixHub clients. The solution includes paperless season move overs, renewal reminders and online renewals. A target marketing module was developed on top of the TixHub databases to give the clients access to a tool to market effectively to a target audience based on their preferences and purchase history.
